FAQ
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Which mastic should I use in a smoothie? | Mastic essential oil is easiest for drinks — just one drop. It's very potent, so don't add more. |
| Can I use mastic crystals instead? | You can, but crystals need crushing first; for a quick smoothie a single drop of mastic oil is simplest. |
| Is one drop really enough? | Yes — mastic oil is concentrated, so one drop gives a subtle aroma without overpowering the fruit. |
| Can I make it cold/thicker? | Blend in a few ice cubes, or use frozen banana and pineapple for a thicker, colder smoothie. |
