FAQ

Question Answer
Which mastic should I use in a smoothie? Mastic essential oil is easiest for drinks — just one drop. It's very potent, so don't add more.
Can I use mastic crystals instead? You can, but crystals need crushing first; for a quick smoothie a single drop of mastic oil is simplest.
Is one drop really enough? Yes — mastic oil is concentrated, so one drop gives a subtle aroma without overpowering the fruit.
Can I make it cold/thicker? Blend in a few ice cubes, or use frozen banana and pineapple for a thicker, colder smoothie.
